Continuing the Sremmlife album series, Rae Sremmurd recently announced their third studio album Sremmlife 3 is almost finished and will be released soon. Swae Lee shared the news last week during an interview with British radio personality Tim Westwood at The Wireless Festival in England.
“We got a whole Sremmlife 3 next project coming soon. We about done with that mug already, about to wrap it up,” Lee said. “We might just throw out some like, turn-up songs.”
Lee also said that the lead single from the new project, “Pegasus,” is produced by their mentor Mike WiLL Made-It. See full interview and concert footage below.
The duo recently previewed the track in a video posted to Instagram.
The Mississippi duo dropped their five-times platinum Sremmlife 2 in August of last year and have won the BET Awards’ Best New Group as well as Billboard Top Rap Collaboration earlier this year for “Black Beetles” featuring Gucci Mane.
