Cardi B Discusses Relationship with Offset and Performs on The Wendy Williams Show

Cardi B

Former Love & Hip Hop star, Cardi B is making her own way in the male dominated Hip-Hop music industry. Since leaving reality tv, the Bronx exotic dance turned female emcee has gained a large fan base with her authentic and down-to-earth style. She was even nominated in Best Female Hip-Hop Artist category at the 2017 BET Awards, along with Nicki Minaj, Remy Ma, and others.

Cardi B recently appeared on the birthday special for The Wendy Williams Show. On the show Cardi performed her hit single, “Bodak Yellow” for Wendy Williams and her guests, that included Maybach Music CEO, Rick Ross. “Bodak Yellow” earned Cardi her first spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart last week as it peaked at No. 85.

After performing, Cardi sat down with Wendy and explained to her that she left Love & Hip Hop to put more focus into her music career. After talking about music and reality television, the two talked about Cardi’s love life. Wendy mentioned Offset from Migos, who Cardi is reportedly dating. When Wendy asked what Cardi calls him, she replied, “I call him Raindrop,” which is in reference to Migos hit song, “Bad and Boujee.”
