Kodak Black Admits He Doesn’t Like His Skin Complexion

Kodak Black caught a boatload of backlash earlier this week after saying “I don’t really like black girls like that” in an Instagram live video after a fan asked the Pompano Beach, Fla. rapper how he felt about Keke Palmer. In an interview at Master P’s celebrity basketball game in New Orleans yesterday (June 29) with The Chaney TV, the reporter asked Black to clarify his statements. The “Tunnel Vision” rapper then revealed that not only did he not like women with dark complexion but he doesn’t even like his own skin complexion.

“I just said I don’t like women with my complexion,” he explained. “I like light skin women. I want you to be lighter than me. I love African American women, but I just don’t like my skin complexion.”

When the reporter replied, “I like your complexion,” CB answered, “We too gutter. Light skin women (are) more sensitive.”

He then goes on to say the dark skin women are “too tough,” he said. “Light skin women- we can break them down more easily.”

Last Saturday (Jun 24), Kodak had an impromptu Q&A session with his fans. When a user asked him how he felt about Keke Palmer, he said, “Keke Palmer, she straight. I’d bag her, but I don’t really like black girls like that, sorta kinda.”
